Successful living and mindfulness can help you feel happy, peaceful, content and successful NOW - as opposed to waiting for some erroneous point in time in the future when you finally “achieve it."  This self-discovery empowerment journal and Mindfulness Guide has 53 uplifting, inspiring mindfulness exercises, affirmations and Blessisms to help you Bless the Mess!

It’s easy to feel happy, grateful, and blessed when things are going well, but much more challenging to find the gratitude and blessing in the heartbreak, disappointment, or struggle. The Mindful C.R.A.P. Guide for Blessing Life can help you live with Courage, Resilience, Awareness, and Presence, which can also help you "Bless the Mess." If you are looking for a more mindful and creative way to cope with the difficulties of life, Blessisms are the perfect remedy!

The Mindful Successful Life Campaign is Dedicated to Raising the Individual, and Collective Consciousness on Spaceship Earth through Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and Mindful Blessings aka Blessisms. 


We are Committed to Blessing the World with Positive Intentions and Sharing BLESSisms to Help the World Heal and Transform Life's Challenging Circumstances and Negative Occurrences in a Healthier Way. We are visionaries gratefully and joyfully devoted to making any possible contribution to help individuals, organizations, and communities realize more of their potential. We are definitely not graphic designers, or experts at publishing, marketing, or branding. That's exactly why we are preparing to launch crowdfunding and sponsorship campaigns! If you have any expertise or contacts that could help us provide greater services to those we seek to serve, please do contact us.  


Summary Overview


We believe a Mindful Blessing aka Blessism can change the world. Even in the darkest of times, there is the potential for great joy. The ongoing pandemic has caused nearly 2 years of collective trauma. Many of us are profoundly tense and at a breaking point. Some of us are even acting out our anger in public. Our campaign for Mindful BLESSisms is specifically designed to help the world heal from this ongoing collective trauma and pain and, in fact, this is our way of giving back in a time when the world needs it the most.


We believe that each of us can heal the world, by first healing our own trauma and pain and we have developed a full year (365-Day Newsletter Campaign) and program of Mindful Blessisms to do just that. Our crowdfunding campaign can help us continue our work.

What is a Blessism and How Can They Help?

A Blessism is a Mindful Blessing spoken from the heart and a blessing full of love energy.  Blessisms are a combination of mindfulness, positive psychology, and mindful blessings based on the PERMA Model in Positive Psychology. When you choose to repeat a Mindful Blessing, you are putting an intention out to the Universe. A heartfelt Blessing helps you shift your attitude and gain a renewed perspective, especially when it comes to those things in life that may aggravate or annoy you. Through our fundraising efforts, we hope to help make the world a better place.

Worldwide Impact

Blessing yourself and the world around you, can have a profound impact on your life. BLESSisms help you shift your attitude from confrontation and negativity to acceptance and enthusiasm. Making the conscious choice to bless every person, place, or situation in your life, the good, the bad, the positive and the negative, can truly make a world of difference in yourself and in others around you. The practice of repeating blessings has the power to create more than just a renewed perspective. It can unleash tangible benefits throughout your entire life -- through your daily interactions, your life-long relationships, and in the way your approach your place in the world. Our crowdfunding campaign is designed to help us expand our efforts and continue sharing the beautiful content we've been sharing since 2022.

      The Origin of the BLESSism

      Pray-Meditate-Bless – The Origin of the Blessism

      After the death of her beautiful mother in 2017, Leslie Riopel was determined to follow her mother’s tradition of blessing the world. Her mother, Donna Shaw often joked that her prayers and blessings took so long to repeat, she had to start earlier and earlier every night. She knew the secret to a happy, healthy life.  After her mother died, Leslie asked herself a simple question, “How could she heal the world using the idea of blessings?” Like Elizabeth Gilbert's journey of Eat Pray Love, her quest was and still is “Pray, Meditate and Bless.” She prayed and meditated on the question and one night a voice whispered in her ear: "My darling if you want to heal the world, you must first start by healing yourself." That is where her journey of BLESSisms began.

      4. Course #4: ALIGN – Aligning With the Energy and Consciousness of Healing: Jump-Start the Self-Healing Process and Learn How to Align Your Energy to Activate and Awaken the Innate SMART Body With Mindfulness.
      5. Course #5: HEAL - An Advanced Version of ALIGN that further develops your relationship with your SMART Body and activates/awakens your innate self-healing ability.

      Funding Allocation and Reward Levels

      Tentative Crowdfunding Goals for Phases 1, 2 and 3

      Phase 1: Our initial crowdfunding goal is $25,000-$50,000. The use of proceeds is to expedite the publication and marketing of the four initial identified titles as well as the 13 Mindful Blessings from A to Zen books and programs during 2022. We also expect to hire a Virtual Assistant and/or Execution Taskmaster to help us expand our bandwidth and accelerate progress toward achieving our 12-month strategic marketing plan.  


      Phase 2: Crowdfunding goal of $50,000 – $100,000. This phase will include repurposing the content to make it available in every conceivable way, card decks, APPs, social media posts, booklets, online and in-person courses, training of trainers, etc. Phase 2 would also encompass components like completion of the initial 7 courses for online and in-person training programs based on the content, especially the mindful Sur-Thrival exercises and the 365+ Mindful BLESSisms in 12 unique categories.  


      Phase 3: Crowdfunding goal of $100,00 - $250,000+. Expand websites and create additional products, programs, and services and add participation opportunities such as a membership program, sponsorship opportunities, strategic alliance partnerships, affiliate marketing programs, expansion into digital and print magazines if and as feasible, development of one or more apps for $5000 to $20,000, training and certification of Blessivist coaches and facilitators, establishing national and local Count Your BLESSisms clubs and events, etc.  


      Possible Rewards  


      Digital and print publications, workbooks, online sessions, coaching conversations, memberships, consulting services, training of trainers, training on strategic alliances, and strategic marketing matrix. We can also train other individuals and organizations on how to re-purpose public domain content and their own intellectual properties, and we can offer valuable programs, products, or services from some of the world-class authors, trainers, and organizations we partner with and include as featured resources in our resources.   


      Sponsorship Opportunities

        We are beginning to develop a sponsorship campaign as well. The significance of Mindful BLESSisms is applicable to many fields, including but not limited to physical, mental, emotional, and psychological healing, health care professionals as well as self-care, and also in personal growth, coaching, meditation, sports, success, etc. We are preparing various levels of sponsorship opportunities ranging from sponsoring print and digital publications, online courses, web assets, and other sponsorship properties. One example that has been suggested given increased global stress and anxiety, could be to offer a Healthy Living Bundle. That would be based on the specialized content in the May, June, and July BLESSisms. If you or someone you know may be interested in potential sponsorship, please contact us.

      5 Step Process for Creating a BLESSism

      How to Create BLESSisms and Become a BLESSivist!

      1. Identify the negative or challenging situation, thought process or person that serves as a “trigger” for you.
      2. Review the Mindful lesson and reflect on what you can ‘learn” from this life challenge such as the lesson of letting go, the lesson of self-care or the lesson of relationship contrast.
      3. Write down some thoughts, words or phrases that come to mind as you think of this negative thing, such as not having enough money, or things you are struggling with such as a relationship challenge like a divorce.
      4. Now think of some ways you can “bless this situation, thought process or person” such as "I bless this time of struggle, it has shown me how strong I truly am. I can now see what I have learned from this challenge. I am grateful for this struggle, because it taught me to be much more compassionate with myself and others and much more resourceful within myself."
      5. Keep challenging yourself to come up with things you have learned from this difficult person, place, thing or thought process and find a way to bless the situation and find some gratitude in it. Forgive yourself for not being perfect.
