Blessing yourself and the world around you can have a profound impact on your life. BLESSisms help you shift your attitude from confrontation and negativity to acceptance and enthusiasm. Making the conscious choice to bless every person, place, or situation in your life, the good, the bad, the positive, and the negative, can truly make a world of difference in yourself and in others around you. This is just one more reason why mindfulness and gratitude go together so well!
The practice of repeating blessings has the power to create more than just a renewed perspective. It can unleash tangible benefits throughout your entire life -- through your daily interactions, your life-long relationships, and in the way your approach your place in the world. BLESSisms are also a wonderful complement to your daily prayer, mindfulness, meditation or visualization practice. Mindfulness and Gratitude go together naturally. Gratitude helps you notice your blessings and create balance. Mindfulness helps you handle difficulties with grace, and ease.

This is only the first collection of the more than 400 Blessisms we will produce in 2022. All of the Blessisms are also available in video and audio recordings on our Planet Mindfulness YouTube Channel which has over 130 videos. To help accelerate the availability of the publications, courses, and other resources based on the Blessisms to the largest possible audience we are exploring many possible options. For example, we are preparing to launch a Mindful BLESSisms Crowdfunding Campaign along with a Sponsorship Program. All of our work helps support the mindfulness and gratitude connection.

A Journey of Opposition
BLESSisms allow you to travel on the road of opposition with both appreciation and acceptance. They are a 180-degree mindset shift where you strive to find the blessings within life's pain and difficulties. Instead of complaining or feeling aggravated, irritated, or frustrated, BLESSisms allow you to give thanks for or find gratitude within the negative occurrences in life. It just might be the mindset shift you need to start moving forward, instead of feeling stuck.
How Do BLESSisms Help?
A BLESSism is a Mindful Blessing spoken from the heart and a blessing full of love energy. BLESSisms are all about learning how to acknowledge, and express appreciation for those things in life that aggravate and annoy you and those persons, places, or things that often act as triggers, setting you off on a negative path. BLESSisms are also a form of mindfulness. By practicing Mindful Acceptance, you can learn to appreciate your current circumstances with much more empathy and compassion, finding the blessings amongst the pain. Accepting and acknowledging where you are on the road of life, can help you move through the difficult circumstances and the pain and grief in a much healthier way.

A BLESSism takes everything you’ve learned about positivity, visualization, and mindfulness to a whole new level. BLESSisms are much richer than an affirmation, intention, or positive thought all on its own. A BLESSism is a very specific intention written in such a way that helps you accept, acknowledge, and bless the life lesson, allowing you to move into the realm of infinite possibilities, and gratitude of the healing process with grace and ease.

We are beginning to develop a sponsorship campaign as well. The significance of Mindful BLESSisms is applicable to many fields, including but not limited to physical, mental, emotional, and psychological healing, health care professionals as well as self-care, and also in personal growth, coaching, meditation, sports, success, etc. We are preparing various levels of sponsorship opportunities ranging from sponsoring print and digital publications, online courses, web assets, and other sponsorship properties. One example that has been suggested given increased global stress and anxiety, could be to offer a Healthy Living Bundle. That would be based on the specialized content in the May, June, and July BLESSisms. Our work is based on the mindfulness and gratitude and mindfulness and healthy living conenciton.
