Post-Traumatic Stress can happen to anyone. Going through trauma is not rare, according to the U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs. Approximately 60% of men and 50% of women will experience at least one trauma in their lifetime. One thing is abundantly clear, we need to find ways to better manage trauma when it happens to us and that is what the author set out to do.
