HOPENNESS: Finding Hope Within PTSD Transforming Post Traumatic Stress into Growth & Resilience

Post-Traumatic Stress can happen to anyone. Going through trauma is not rare, according to the U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs. Approximately 60% of men and 50% of women will experience at least one trauma in their lifetime. One thing is abundantly clear, we need to find ways to better manage trauma when it happens to us and that is what the author set out to do.


The 21 mindfulness exercises in this course offer practical guidance for anyone who wants to realize the benefits of mindfulness and meditation and as a tool to help those faced with severe anxiety or post-traumatic stress.
